Has this ever happened to you?

We start projects with so much enthusiasm and excitement for what it will become in our minds: I'm going to start a diet and lose weight...🥳 I'm finally releasing the toxic relationships from my life...😬 **Going to get that certification 🧐, meditate more 😵‍💫, exercise more 🏋️‍♀️, eat better 🍎, start that business 📅, etc, etc, etc

We are so damn excited about it...we share it out on social media, call our friends and family to tell them all about it. THIS TIME WILL BE DIFFERENT!!! and before we know it, we are right back where we started again! We've lost momentum. Something didn't go our way - A life tragedy happened - Our friends and family didn't show up to support us - basically, life happened, and we lost the enthusiasm and excitement that we had in the beginning, and we give upon ourselves.

You are not alone and I'm here to tell you that YOU ARE ENOUGH and there is nothing wrong with you!!! We all have been there before and more times than not, the only thing missing is the strength and determination to follow through, even when the path to our goal is looking bleak.
