Q: Is the deposit refundable?
A: Your $333 deposit is fully refundable until you have firmed up your room selection. After that point, your seat deposit is no longer refundable but may be transferrable if you're unable to attend and notify us by Jan 15, 2026.
Q: Can I bring a guest?
A: Absolutely! A second person can register separately, or you can request a shared room add-on.
Q: What is the total cost?
A: Total pricing will be calculated based on room type and optional upgrades selected. You will have the option to select your room type and pricing to attend after your reservation deposit has been received. Pricing for optional upgrades will be presented, when the upgrades are made available.
Q: How many Rooms are available?
A: We have a total of 7 shared space opportunities, 10 Queen Rooms and 12 King rooms. Availability is based on first come first served and after we have placed all of our Summit Presenters.
